Salmon with Garlic Lemon Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Skinless Salmon

  • Salt and Pepper

  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

  • Paprika (Optional)

  • Minced Garlic

  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 1/2 Cup unsalted Butter


Prepping the Salmon

  • Before getting started be sure salmon is fresh/unfrozen/unthawed if you need too remove the skin.. The process to a healktyyS remove the skin off your salmon get a sauce pot and fill with water. Bring water to a boil. Place salmon inside of a sheet pan (skin side up) with high sides. Once you’ve done that pour the boiling hot water slowly on the skin of the salmon. Repeat 2 or 3 more times. Let the salmon sit for a moment and skin should pull back easily. You can also use a knife to help pull back the skin.
